Medical Director

Oversee clinical programs for the state of New York 
Option to work a mix from home and office 
Balance of senior leadership, administration, and direct patient care.

Senior Leadership:

Manage division productivity with the budget targets 
Contribute in the analysis, evaluation and planning of mental health programs. 

Administration:

Supervision, administration, medical direction, training, and education of new mid-level providers. 
Create clinical training material and onboarding workflow along with clinical quality metrics for mid-level providers.
Prepare and implement a didactic curriculum and schedule to enhance clinical knowledge. 
Plan and prepare protocols and standardized procedures.   

Responsible for Medical and administrative direction to medical and clinical support staff 
Work closely with Clinical Director to ensure adequate supervision, evaluation, and review of their mid-level providers.
Collaborate and supervise mid-level providers' patient care.
Evaluate and review of mid-level providers for appropriate diagnosis, treatment and chart documentation.  

Patient Care:

Provide medical triage and treatment authorizations via the telephone when on-call.
