Reach out to and engage with candidates via out-bound phone calls and emails.
Present job descriptions to physicians and mid-level providers.
Qualify and screen candidates.
Co-Manage candidate pipeline throughout the interview process.
Work in the office 8:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Employed position, not contract work.

Prefer experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field.
Experience in physician recruiting is not required. We can paint a blank canvas.
Receive a base salary ($40-$60,000 first year) PLUS placement commissions and benefits.
The compensation numbers depend directly on experience, effort, and your ability to learn.
