Priority Physicians is a small, yet powerful physician recruiting firm that has thrived for the last 16 years in a fast paced and competitive industry. We’re in position for growth and are looking to build a successful team of Physician Recruiters and support staff.

Job Duties include:

• Assist primarily with out-bound phone calls and emails, mostly leaving messages.
• The calls are generally warm calls – very seldom does the call feel cold or intrusive.
• Call scripts and training provided.
• May also help with basic internet research, data entry, helping with mailings, and some random tasks.
• Preferred optional work days of Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays.
• Schedule can consist between 2 to 6 hours per shift.
• Office is open 8:30am to 5pm.
• Employed position, not contract work.
• Experience in physician recruiting is not required. We can paint a blank canvas.
• Possible to evolve into full time employment.

Job Qualifications:

• Prefer experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field.
• Proficiency in typing, good grammar & spelling.
• Must have computer skills, basic understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Engaging, extroverted, and friendly personality.
• Self motivation.

$15-25 per hour.
Payroll is on the 15th and last day of the month.
