Our Leadership
Kevin Jacobsen
Director of Recruiting
Born and raised in Northern Illinois, Kevin comes from a family of educators and coaches. He credits his upbringing for his natural consultative approach and his high ethical standards when recruiting physicians and advising his clients. He utilizes his bachelor degree in Journalism/Advertising at Southern Illinois University every day as it is interwoven in all aspects of physician recruiting. Kevin spent five years with a national physician recruiting firm where he was relied on to train new recruiters, manage a team of specialized recruiters, and be a major contributor to the company’s manuals, all while consistently being a top producer for the company. In 2005, Kevin departed and became a founding member of Priority Physicians. He tirelessly enjoys the day-to-day action of “the chase” while leading the team in today’s competitive arena and strategically planning for the future.
