    - 12-hour shifts with an option for 8-hour shifts.
    - Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8am-8pm and weekends are 8am-4pm.
    - Shifts are shared equally amongst physicians and often include double and triple coverage.
    - Compensation includes competitive base + RVUs + quality bonus.
    - Full benefits and paid malpractice.
